What makes AMI Environmental Testing the most trusted indoor air quality Company in Southern California?
Four reasons:
1. Our Commitment To You
We believe that life is precious, and that clean, healthy air is essential to the quality of life you and your loved ones deserve.
2. No Conflict of Interest
AMI is strictly an inspection and testing Company. We are not in the mold removal business. Therefore, we have no hidden agenda to turn your inspection into mold removal work, or up-sell you additional products or services. That means you can always count on unbiased, trustworthy reports with no hype or fear mongering.
3. Safe, Non-Invasive Investigation Technology
Our state-of-the-art, non-invasive, non-destructive inspection and testing methods assure every client receives a safe and accurate building assessment without damaging property or unnecessarily exposing occupants to harmful indoor air quality environments.

4. Reputation
Since 2001 AMI has been inspecting and testing residential and commercial buildings for contaminants and indoor air quality concerns throughout San Diego, Orange, Los Angeles, San Bernardino, and Riverside Counties. Our areas of expertise are; mold inspection, mold testing, post-mold remediation verification, mold clearance testing, allergen and bacteria screening, and volatile organic compounds (VOC). AMI began with the firm conviction that focusing on building a good name would always serve our Company and our clients better than focusing on being bigger or cheaper than everyone else. By focusing on being the best, AMI has earned the respect and favor of our clients and industry peers, as well as an A+rating with the Better Business Bureau. We are fully committed to making your experience with AMI one of the best decisions you'll ever make.

Who Do We Work For?
Our clientele includes owners, tenants, managers, financiers and insurers of large and small residential, commercial, industrial, and educational properties, for both the private sector and government agencies. No job is too small or too large. For a partial list of some of our clients please see A Few Of Our Clients.

Service Limitations
Our services are deliberately limited to inspections, testing and reporting. It is our strong conviction that environmental inspectors should not profit from problems they discover in the course of their investigations. For that reason, we are purposely not engaged in the business of abatement or remediation. As an AMI client you can be confident knowing that our evaluations of your property are unbiased, factual and not motivated by the potential of securing costly abatement contracts.
